We
are widely well reckoned as one
of the most prominent organic
wheat seeds Exporters in
India. We procure our hybrid
wheat seeds from the highly
reputed manufacturers of wheat
seeds. Our wheat seeds are the
first generation seeds, which
are in high demand due to their
taste and long lasting shelf
life.
Wheat is one of the most
important staple food grains of
human race. It is used mainly as
flour for making a variety of
breads, baking products such as:
cakes, noodles, crackers,
breakfast foods, biscuits,
cookies and confectionery items.
Over 90 per cent of the wheat
produced in the country is
ground in chakkis to obtain
flour. The remaining 10 per cent
pass through roller flour mills
to yield maida and white flour
used mainly for making a variety
of bakery products. Most of the
domestic consumption is found in
the form of homemade chapattis
or rotis using custom milled
atta.
Fertilizer..
Fertilizers are compounds
given to plants to promote
growth; they are usually
applied either via the soil,
for uptake by plant roots,
or by foliar feeding, for
uptake through leaves.
Fertilizers can be organic
(composed of organic matter,
i.e. carbon based), or
inorganic (containing
simple, inorganic
chemicals). They can be
naturally-occurring
compounds such as peat or
mineral deposits, or
manufactured through natural
processes or chemical
processes
In general,
agricultural fertilizers contain
only one or two macronutrients.
Agricultural fertilizers are
intended to be applied
infrequently and normally prior
to or along side seeding.
The Benefits of Winter Wheat
The benefits of winter wheat
include:
A higher yield potential
than spring wheat
Greater profitability as it
often requires less inputs
than spring wheat
More efficient use of labor
and machinery as it is
planted and harvested during
periods with few competing
field activities
Establishment of a cover to
reduce wind and water
erosion
Establishment of a cover for
wildlife in fall and early
spring
Winter wheat is very
well suited for no-till
cropping systems in
which standing residue
traps snow and reduces
winter kill by
insulating the crop from
lethal temperatures.
Incentive payments like
the Environmental
Quality Incentive
Program (EQIP) to adopt direct
seeding practices and/or
establishment of winter wheat as
a cover crop may be available to
provide the afore mentioned
benefits for your operation.
Check with your local ffices
about applicable incentive
programs.
