Fresh sugar cane juice,
the green liquid
extracted from the
stalks by a crushing
machine, is a very
popular drink in
Vietnam. In addition to
the familiar uses of
sugar cane, the peeled
stalks are also used as
skewers in cooking.
Make sugar cane into
your medicine
1) Cough (with hot
flash, not high fever)
Material: Sugar cane
juice, 60g; white radish
juice, 60g;
monocrotaline Liliaceae
(Ye bai he),
60g.
Preparation: Add the monocrotaline
Liliaceae into water to
cook as for a soup until
it is
soft. Mix with the two juices.
How to use: Eat once every day before going to
bed. Long term eating is
more benefit.
