Basmati Rice is a nutty
flavored, aromatic Rice which is
grown in India and South States
around the Himalayan Foothills,
as well as in Asian.
Basmati Rice is well known for
its fragrance and delightful
flavor. Basmati Rice is often
served in Indian Restaurants and
used in Asian cooking. The
grains of this Rice cook up
separate and fluffy. Basmati is
similar to Jasmine Rice. Both
have a sweet, nutty flavor,
however, Basmati has a much more
concentrated flavor. Baby
Basmati Rice has a more delicate
flavor and texture than regular
Basmati.
Methods
1.Boil 2 cups of water with salt,
sugar and turmeric powder.
2.Add the sliced baby corn and
boil for 2-3 minutes. Drain and
keep aside.
3.Heat oil in a large non-stick
pan and add cloves and onions.
Stir till light brown.
4.To this, add baby corns and
capsicum. Stir fry for 2
minutes.
5.Now add boiled rice, salt,
pepper and chopped tomato.
6.Mix well and fry for another 2
minutes. Serve hot
